SO2 G1 RESERVES

Domestic Considerations:  This is a staff+ post, so a commitment of 88 RSDs but with the potential for more.
Should be able to attend Horse Guards during the week. Out of hours and weekend work may be required.                                                 

Responsibilities:
1. Principle reservist G1/G4 staff Offr - deputises for DCOS on Army Reserve G1 matters as well as wider G1 issues.
2. Develop, staff and where appropriate implement Reservist G1 Policy and Plans for London based units.
3. Responsible for Reservist Welfare Action Plan and Deliverable welfare objectives.
4. Responsible as focal point for HQ LONDIST for operational Reservist matters.
5. In liaison with SO3 Cas Comp, assist where required on casualty policy, learning accounts and training.
6. Responsible for assisting in aspects of Service Leaver transition policy as required.
7. Focal point with SO2 Med for Reservist G1 Med issues including policy, CMCR Meeting, LFSO 3210 collation and accessing services for HQ LONDIST.
8. Responsible as the lead for Reservist Equality and Diversity issues while conducting Climate Assessment visits as appropriate
