Task requirements

Position Role: Platoon Commander

Responsibilities:
1. Command and leadership, on training and on Operations.
2. Maintain Values and Standards.
3. Complete tasks delegated by the Coy Comd in respect of training and security matters.
4. Preparation of Annual Reports.
5.. Undertake any additional tasks as required by the CoC.

Essential competencies

PCBC. If transferring from another Arm, must commit to attending PCBC within 24 months of appointment.
