Task requirements

Position Role: Training Officer

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of all battalion training
2. Advise the XO on all training policy
3. Assure all Coy level training
4. Design and update the battalion Forecast of Events.
5. Tailor battalion training in line with operational commitments

Essential competencies

JOTAC
Must have experience in G7 at CT CHARLIE (Coy) level

Desirable competencies

PCBC(R) or Regular PCBC
