| 1. Under the direction RHQ and OC 257 Sqn and in partnership with the Adjutant, RAO, RCMO and ROSO the PSAO is responsible for all areas of G1 - G9 in the Sqn and 220 Sqn in Ditton 2. Supervise the daily activities of the Sqn PSI in tandem with the XO / RSM 3. Supervise the daily activities of the AO in Remote Sqn 4. Supervise the daily activities of the Civil Servants within the locations in tandem with the RAO/RAWO 5. Co-ordinate the facilities management of ARC Locations in conjunction with the RFCA and Hirings through AVL in absence of main lead 6. Under the direction of the QM, co-ordinate all Det G4 activity where applicable. 7. Co-ordinate local G5 activity where appropriate 8. Act as the Sqn Security Officer. 9. Fund Manager for Detachment Account responsible to CO |
| Good working knowledge of HR administration , Must have passed, can demonstrate relevant courses, experience in these fields |

Under IR 256 Fd Hosp are to change to a Multi Role Medical regiment in 2024 and the post will change from responsibility for RHQ and Squadron strength in Kennington with whilst retaining responsibility for the detachment based in Ditton |
