Manage communications between RHQ and Squadron
Monitor Reservists' documentation and records
Manage Reservists' and their career development
Monitor and advise upon Reservists' deployments and training
Coordinate Squadron training and social events
Manage Regimental projects, competitions and events as directed by CO
Assume any other specific duties and responsibilities as directed by CO
Domestic Considerations: Min 30 days plus MS responsibility
Army Reserve post, flexibility to work late nights and weekends as required and deploy on at least one exercise a year for 2 weeks.
