Domestic considerations: 
The post is based at St George’s Bks (Bicester). The FMT is currently in work full time, with occasional, authorised Working From Home (WFH) opportunities. You are required to be in office approximately four days a week as a minimum, but must be flexible and be prepared to travel to various locations (UK and overseas) when required. 
SLA/SFA available based upon individual requirements.
No more than 35 Nights Out Of Bed (NOOB) each year per contract start date.
Position role:
Command the Fielding Support Section that provides materiel assistance to all LE TacCIS Fielding and In-Service activities in a G4 environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as a member of the Fielding Support Section for LE TacCIS Fielding and In-Service activities, as directed by FMT.
Support each fielding activity, including the use of existing equipment accounting tools such as MJDI and JAMES.
Assist the Section Commander in the planning of fielding support activities. 
Adhere to all FMT SOIs.
Ensure Fielding lessons learnt are identified and passed to the Sect Comd to be recorded in LFE and best practice adopted.
Conduct regular process review and improvement as required, iaw FMT SOIs.
Any other task as detailed by FMT CoC.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new logistics team who will deliver essential equipment into the hands of Front-Line Commands. You will primarily be responsible for delivering on the Multi-Mode Radio (MMR) and Dismounted Situational Awareness (DSA) Projects and more. Excellent working conditions, long hours required on occasion when supporting operational outputs. FTRS Limited Commitment (LC) post.

You will be positioned in a project delivery team (TacSys FMT) situated as a lodger unit under Bicester Garrison Headquarters (BGHQ) for certain supporting elements. During your time, you may have the opportunity for Continuous Professional Development (CPD) through courses such as Forklift operator, MJDI operator, VITAL operator, and more.
