Vacancy detail

1. Line Manager for all military & civilian staff (currently 1 + 8) including any associated recruiting, reporting & development of staff. 2. The surpervision & management of the following centralised MJDI based Materiel Accounts and all associated mandatory assurance checks as laid down in current regulations(a) Equipment Table. (b) Miscellanious Stores.(c) Expense.  (d) Accommodation.(e) Loan. (f)  Clothing/Eqpt.(g) Armoury storage; reciepts & issue (incl private firearms).3. Represent the Authority as the Interface between the Station Defence Infrastructure (DIO) representative, the Regional Infrastructure Cell and when necessary, the Regional Prime Contractor, to develop, manage & maintain the  Station Infrastructure priorities including elements of the Service Families estate. Setting & adjusting priorities in-line with Operational output's & the long-term Site Infrastruture Development Plan.4. The management (on behalf of the Station Commander) of the Local Infrastructure Improvement Fund (LIIF) as allocated annually by Regional Command.5. Act as the Contract Supervisory Officer (CSO) for all contracts across the Station including Catering, Retail & Liesure (CRL).  6. Act as the the Equipment Care Manager for all technical stores related items and the management of the JAMES planning tool, & conducting/hosting all associated mandatory assurance checks as laid down in current regulations.7. Act as the primary liaison Officer with Army Headquaters for all future Station development under the Army Basing 2020 plan (ABP 2020).8. Act as the focal point for the allocation of all technical accommodation & assist the various branches in the planning & implementation of internal office moves.9. Act as the focal point for all Station Single Living Accommodation (SLA) matters.10. Act as the Radiation Protection Officer for all associated stores hosting all associated mandatory assurance inspections as laid down in current regulations. 11. Act as the Energy Conservation Officer for all Station utilities & commodities, driving down usage and associated costs to the MoD wherever possible.12. Provide guidance & assistance to Building Custodians (30+) representing their HQ's and AOR's
