Application filtered to Boarding
This post is ideally suited to an experienced SNCO. Experience in a Ranger unit would aid a smoother transition into the role and offer credibility to the individual as well as allowing the SNCO to be a mentor to those in the sub-unit. G4 experience is essential to aid in a rapid understand of the role and ensure the sub-unit does not dip in output. Communication skills when dealing with officers, senior ranks and juniors alike is vital as is an ability to work, much of the time, largely unsupervised and on own initiative. |
