Vacancy detail

Responsibilities:
1.  Coordinate and support regional YOA with youth engagement activity’ including the outreach of Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET).
2.  Plan, deliver and assure regional UK Engt (INFORM, UNDERSTAND, ATTRACT) with key youth Target Audiences (TA) iaw HQ RC UK Engt OpO including STEM.
3.  Establish and maintain contacts with key stakeholders, IOT seamless liaison with Bde Staff, ACCs, local Army Reserve units, RFCA NI and Youth Organisations to deliver appropriate activities.
4.   Identify opportunities for educational outreach and lead on the delivery in line with current direction, initiatives and RPoC plan.
5.   Support uniformed youth bodies prominently through the delivery of First Aid At Work qualification.
6.   Identify engage to recruit activities for the Regular Army, the Army Reserve and the adult element of the ACF.
7.   Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and support the JMC during UK Resilience Ops.
8.   Other relevant and appropriate tasks and duties as directed
First Aid at Work (FAAW) - Instructor
First Aid at Work (FAAW)  - Assessor
IT Proficient
UK Driving licence
DBS Enhanced clearance/Access NI
Comfortable and competent workng with young people.
Ability to produce high quality lesson plans, RA's etc. 
DTTT - High lesson delivery expected
D&I Practitioner and Assessor
Mental Health delivery experience - High delivery experience
DCR L2
Operational experience useful but not essential
Staff experience desirable
Application filtered to Boarding
Evening and weekend work essential on occasions. The incumbent will be required to engage in youth outreach activities across the full spectrum of the community including those with learning difficulties. The post holder will support Bde Outreach through delivery of First Adi Training.
Up to 35 nights seperated service per year are a requirement of this post.
Ability to attend Engagment office on a daily basis either by commuting or relocating.
Flexible working may be availaible subject to Commanders agreement, however, living locally is recommended.
Must be prepared to support the JMC during UK Resillience Ops.
Engagement Practitioners Course and Defence Contribution to Resillience & Security Course L2, is to be completed within 3 months of appointment.
