Management of MPS Res Ph2/STA pipeline and trg to ensure DSAT compliant delivery of MPS Res trained strength. 2. JPA support and trg to individual Res SP, provide required JPA proxy input on behalf of individual SP. 3. Ensure G1 audit compliance within work strands.. 4. Information Support |Officer (ISO) responsible for all info management (IM) activity, i-Hub manager. 5. Res Coy internal communications manager. Deliver retention positive communications as Defence Connect administrator, Res Coy media manager. 6. Directly engage and support collaborative Employer Engagement and act as direct liason Officer to HMP/Seco training and recruiting leads. 7. Management of Res Coy Provost Vetting processing. 8. Provide staff support to the wider Regt as required. |
