Domestic Considerations: FTRS (HC) post, some travel and overnight duty may be required.
Position Role:  Provide SME advice on Physical Development (PD) to include: PT, AT, Sport and Health to all LWC Op Gps in support of the SO2 PD. To Protect DLW's Licence to Operate and support the delivery of the annual Physical Development Audit (PDA) process
Responsibilities:
1. To lead as the main 2* point of contact on all PD matters including PT, AT, Sport & Health for all LWC Ops Gps.
2. To support the SO2 PD with Physical Development Audits across all Op Gps iaw ACSOs 9001 & 9018, to set conditions for 1* AAEs and subsequent year of audits.  
3. To co-ordinate all data entry on ARMS for all PDA activity / outputs and to advise Op Gps accordingly.
4. To assist the SO2 and cohere the Physical Training Equipment (PTE) procurement process for all LWC Op Gps units.
5. To lead data analysis on 2* oversight on the Fitness Information Software System (FISS).
6. To support routine RFIs from 15 x WO2 (QMSIs); to include career advice, mentoring and development to maximise effective outputs in LWC ITT, STT & CTG units.
7. To deputise for the SO2 PD as required, by attending key stakeholder events, meetings and forums.
8. To support AHQ, Fd Army HQ and HQ RAPTC to provide SME input to the continued development of future Army policies, from a LWC perspective.
9.  Provide staff support to the wider HQ as required.
PD experience across Ph 1 / Ph 2 and Fd Army units.
Staff Experience.
Pers Experience.
Adventurous Training (AT) qualifications.

Sports Officiating qualifications could be useful.

Support the management of RAPTCIs careers in accordance with Army Manning Priorities, RAPTC direction to retain the req'd number of capable & well motivated individuals in the Army.

Mentor RAPTCIs and SIO PT into higher level PD requirements.

Support wider Army / RAPTC PD outputs.
