Subject to formal establishment, a vacancy will arise for a OF4 to serve as DLab Gp DLC SO1 Cse Mgr 7 at MOD Shrivenham on FTRS Home Commitment Terms and Conditions of Service (TaCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 01 Sep 25.
Unit Function:
To deliver world-class education and training to leader to develop the intellectual edge needed for success on operations and leadership in government.
Position Role:
Directing staff for Senior Leadership Programmes for the Defence Leadership Centre.

Must be an OF4 of any specialisation. OF3 applicants with a recommend for the next higher rank in their most recent OJAR will be considered.
Must be serving as a member of the Reserve Forces or have served with the Regular Forces.

Employer Comments:
- Previous employment or experience at the Defence Academy is highly desirable.
- Masters level study as an indicator of ability to collect, assimilate and interrogate information effectively is highly desirable. Academic writing and further study is encouraged in this role.
- Operational experience would help to enhance credibility.
- Previous employment as a training manager or training consultant would enable the incumbent to understand and intelligently apply the requirements of JSP822.
- Experience of working in a training organisation, specifically JSCSC, is highly desirable as this would benefit the incumbent in understanding the Defence principles of education and training provision.
