Task requirements

Be fully conversant with recruiting literature and guidelines.

Ensure all potential recruits and soldiers under training are nurtured and mentored as necessary through the application and recruiting process.

Maintain a regular liaison with the National Recruiting Centre (NRC) in order offer the best support to potential recruits and soldiers under trg.

Attend all arms recruitment courses to ensure they are qualified.
