SO3 Resilience Support Team 

Domestic Considerations: 180 RSDs per year. Army/Regular Reserve post, some travel and overnight duty may be required.                                                 1.  Reside or work within the RPoC AOR.  
2.  Potential emergency callout liability on VTOD (up to 20 days max) locally/regionally.  
3.  Potential Intelligent Mobilisation Liability.  
4.  Must be prepared to support the JMC during UK Resilience Ops
Position Role:  SO3 in the Regional Support Team focus on Ops room training and delivery of UK Operations. 
Responsibilities:
1.   Support the coordination and delivery of UK Ops. 
2.   Support the development of all UK Ops CONPLANs and HQ Staff Work. 
3.   Conduct multi-agency liaison with cross-government resilience partners. 
4.   Understand and disseminate UK Ops policy and doctrine. 
5.   UK Ops planner / watchkeeper as required. 
6.   Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and support the JMC during UK Resilience Ops.  
7.   Support RST manning and training. 
8.   Complete mandated UK Ops Trg.
