| • In close collaboration with the RPP contractor, oversee the running of the assessment centre. • Ensure all military staff are sufficiently trained and prepared to run each activity. • Day-to-day management of all military personnel within assessment centre. • Management of individual military training requirements and implementation of discipline. • Use military judgement to evaluate each Candidate against fixed criteria. • Management of assessment centre G4 including oversight against assurance process. • Oversee the interview and selection process, ensuring timely recording and submission of all results. |
| • Must be comfortable using all O365 programmes and IT in general. |
| • Prior experience of recruiting would be an advantage. • Prior experience as a sub-unit WO would be an advantage. |
