FTRS - Home Commitment

Vacancy detail

Provide 1st Line Log Sp for the Sqn & control all stores and eqpt. Manage on behalf of the QM infrastructure, accommodation, IT and any other eqpt(on loan) for all personnel. Act as QM rep with your local RFCA organisation. 
Maintain MJDI dispersed and Articles in Use Accts (iaw JSP DLF) as directed by the issuing unit. Supervise any subordinates with their duties and Trg as required. Carry out functions and responsibilities within respective Equipment Care Directives where required. 
Manage calibration, servicing & husbandry of all Eqpt on charge.  Maintain a direct link with the issuing units and the RQMS 6AAC to ensure this.
. Ensure all are aware of security requirements for all equipment within the Sqn.
Comply with Radiation Orders and act as the Radiation Workplace Supervisor (WPS)..
Promote and adhere to all 6AAC SHE arrangements and any MOUs/MOAs that are in place within the ARC. Act as the Deputy Sqn SHE rep.
Comply with any G4 directives as applicable.
Provide a G4 link between the Sqn and QM Dept, 6 Regt AAC. Attend all conferences and Study days as required.
Maintain Eqpt through the use of the JAMES portal. Act as MT Rep for the Sqn taking on the role and all its Responsibilities, and lead on all matters with regards to Armouries and weapons
