Vacancy detail

Responsibilities:
1.  Support the Executive Officer in providing all Regtl Reserve annual training in order to support Contingency Operations. 
2. Assist the Executive Officer in Planning and Budgeting of the Regimental Training within unit constraints using CHURCHILL
3.  Act as the principle POC, author and resource manager/operator for all CHURCHILL/ODR/MUSTER/FISS planning activities.
4.  Arrange Staff Clearances for Overseas Training Activities.
5.  Act as the Executive Officer's 2IC in providing supervisory management and mentoring of Sqn SPSI's.
6.  Deploy and provide support to the Executive Officer on Annual Continuous Training (ACT).
7.  Organise and co-ordinate all Training Area resources including Ranges for all Regimental Training activities.
8.  Management of Training Systems and Validation of Sub Unit Training as directed by the Regimental Training Plan. 
9. Co-ordinate and collate all trg reports, returns and stats for the Regt.
10. Manage manpower request for external Regimental commitments. 
11. Have a working knowledge of G3/G5/G7 functional areas. 
12. Validate and confirm conformity to Reserve Land Forces Regulations for Reserve Certificate of Efficiency qualification.
1. Computer literate and a competent user of  Word, Excel, CHURCHILL, ODR ADW, FISS and JPA.
2. Must have served as a Regular WO in a RLC Unit.
3. Previous regular military/training experience in a RLC unit. 
4. G3/G5/G7 experience.
1. Good oral and written communicator.
2. SA(B) 90 Range Qualified.
3. SAA Instructor
4. Experience in a training environment.
5. Experience working with Army Reserves.
