Vacancy detail

1. Responsible to the Officer Commanding the CTT for the line management, MS reporting and all HR related responsibilities for allocated CTT personnel.
2. Responsible for close working relationship with Cadet unit Commanders.
3. Lead on liaison with affiliated Training Safety Advisors (TSAs). Ensuring that allocated units are conducting training safely in accordance with the Safe System of Training.
4. Oversee: unit training programmes; training standards; cadet unit administration; equipment issues in liaison with the affiliated CQMS and unit RQMS.
5. Complete Annual Assurance reports for allocated units and conduct annual inspections as directed.
6. Monitor WESTMINSTER (cadet data system) and provide advice to Commanders on the use of grants and public money.
7. Execute, conduct and support cadet camps, courses and events for both cadets and adult volunteers.
8. Any other responsibilities, roles or duties as directed by the Officer Commanding the Cadet Training Team.
This OF2 post demands the KSE of a commissioned officer, please note this requirement when considering the appointment.     
• Experience of MS as a first reporting officer.
• RMQ 1-3.
• Current EC Driving License Cat B.
• MODNET
• DBS Enhanced
• Security Clearance
Previous experience of a training environment.
• Commanded or served with a training team previously.
• Basic IT skills ECDL
• Experience of planning co-ordinating and delivering training events.

Will be required to work some weekends and periods during School holidays.
