| 1. Planning, coordination and monitoring of all OCdt training and examinations; the selection process; Annual Camp and all training risk assessments. |
| 2. Produce, direct, co-ordinate and validate the unit FOE, including a one year detailed and a two-year rolling training programme. |
| 3. Command the Unit Training Cell and be 1 RO for selected staff as directed by CO. |
| 4. Manage the unit trg budget using CHURCHILL to forecast and track expenditure, coordinate and book training facilities and update activities. |
| 5. Ensure governance and assurance of training. |
| 6. Responsible for potential Officer training, alongside the unit Learning Development Wing, including preparation for Res CC. |
| 7. Oversee accreditation of training, through the Chartered Management Institute. |
| 8. Support the CO as required in planning and delivery of Outreach, Firm Base, Civil Engagement, UK Ops, Resilience and other tasks. |
