Responsibilities:
1. Command of a Pl and supervision of a Pl SNCO and JNCOs in the delivery of training of up to 48 Recruits, acting as a Role Model to all.2. Responsible for upholding Core Values and Standards in Pl staff and Recruits.3. Execution and monitoring of current training programme alongside future planning for upcoming Cses and weekends.4. Plan and conduct exercises, including live firing as directed.5. Responsible for summative testing and remedial training where required.6. Responsible for both PS and Recruit welfare.7. Responsible for timely and accurate appraisal report writing for Pl staff including Recruits course reports.8. Deputise for 2IC if required.9. Act as Chapman VC Coy Duty Offr (on rota with others) during Trg events.10. Ensure Trg Weekends and Cses are shut down appropriately.
Must have recommendation for any instructional environment, including phase 1 training on OJAR.
Basic Care of Trainee (DLE Cse).
DTc(A) - Must attend within 6 months of appointment if not held.
JOTAC, RMQ. Or equivalent. Range quals advantageous.
DTc(A). Within 6 months of appointment.
Basic Care Of Trainees (DLE online course). Achieved within 1 month of arrival.
Initial visit/interview conducted before/post application closing date (with current unit approval) as part of the application process.
Army Boarding Process if successful at visit/interview.
Provided with up to 88 RSD per annum, consisting of up to 15 Basic Training delivery weekends and a 2 week Battle Camp (delivered fortnightly/annually and flexible for right applicant).
