XO HANNIBAL, HQ HANNIBAL (20897)

Position Role: Assist in leading & managing HQ HANNIBAL to ensure the effective delivery of OPFOR/threat based enemy & adversary support to Msn Ready & Cbt Ready.

Responsibilities: 
Coordinate and develop HQ HANNIBAL, HANNIBAL “The Enemy” and threat representation across collective training events.
Promote DATE & supporting publications to UK Forces in collaboration with Trg & Doctrine Command (TRADOC) USA. POC for TRADOC LO activity.
Manage and oversee HQ HANNIBAL personnel to ensure branch outputs are achieved.
Develop HANNIBAL HQ Plans function including exercise environment and development.
Manage development and delivery of UK Threat Tactics Course.
Deputise for Comd HQ HANNIBAL when required.

ICSC(L) qualified

Safety Risk Management experience

NSV Security Developed Vetting security clearance (selected candidate without DV should anticipate a further c.3 month delay before employment in role until DV is achieved)

Knowledge of Mounted Close Combat Tactics
