To Command and Lead a Platoon of recruit's and Perm Staff within a Ph1 establishment; responsibilities include:
1. Command Pl as per the ATR(G) objectives / mission.
2. Responsible for day to day management of personnel in camp and when deployed.
3. Supervise and advise SNCOs and JNCOs in all aspects of professional and personal development.
4. Career management of all personnel under their command.
5. Monitor all aspects of administration and recommend disciplinary, welfare or remedial action to OC.
6. Responsible for health, safety and welfare of all personnel under command.
Basic Care of Trainee (DLE Cse)
Advanced Care of Trainee (within 6-Months of taking up Appt).
DTc(A) or equivalent.
ATR(G) is a Regional Army Reserve unit based in Grantham.
ATR(G) to not conduct routine 'Training Nights' and there is no assured event liability due to the nature of the role. Certificate of efficiency and associated bounty will be awarded on achievement of ALL mandatory training requirements and meeting the minimum commitment of 27 x RSD over the training year. RSD will allocated to the Appt annually to enable the delivery Army Reserve CMS FS serials.
Evening and weekend work will be required.
