UK Plans Officer - 3 R WELSH

Principle Staff Officer responsible for the G7 Planning, and Training Issues issues within the Unit; responsibilities include:

Responsible to the CO and XO for all unit G7 Planning including Annual Continuous Training requirement, 

Direct and support FPrep and FGen of all ARes soldiers to ensure mandatory training requirements for deployment on all exercise and operational activites are assured, 

Provide SME advice to the Comd Gp on current Army G7 training policy, 

Provide oversight of ARes SP operational mobilisation pathway and training requirements, 

Support management of all unit LUMS applications ensuring common understanding of unit activity,

During periods of deployed exercises and company training activity, support unit lead for BHQ EXCON/HICON management functions,

Deliver tasks delegated by OC HQ Coy, particularly with respect to training, operations, security, personnel and administration,

Administration and management of military personnel in barracks, on training and on operations.

Maintain current Army values & Standards.

Required to support Training Nights, week-end activities and annual two week ACT.
