Post Role:   Sqn Admin Sgt responsible for administrating the Sqn and providing G4 enabling Spt to all Sqn activities.
                                                                                                                                              Responsibilities:      
                                                                                                                                                               1.  Deputise for the SQMS when necessary.
2.  Sqn MUSTER SNCO responsible for updating Tp Comd / 2IC on non-attendance and risk attendance.
3.  Enable Tp through the management of G4 Admin requirements.
4.  Lead on the delivery of all Tp G1 requirements in barracks and when deployed.
5.  Assist in the maintenance of morale and wellbeing of Tp personnel.
6.  Advise Tp Comd on the career management and development of Tp personnel.                   7.  Carryout roles and responsibilities as directed in the UECD.                                                     8.   Maintain discipline with and standards of subordinates in line with the Army leadership code.                                                                          
                                                                                                                                              Commitment:  RSDs: Minimum 27-day Regional Commitment - Trg, ACT. 
RLC / Class 1 Dvr / Sgt ALDP MT / L2 Num-Lit Quals
Enabling Quals – DLAI / DDE / RMQ
Inst Qual – AASAA / CBRN Inst
Army Appointment Board

Transferee from other Corps / Arms considered but must complete retrade Trg to the level required to retain current rank within 24 months of taking post.
