1. To plan, refine, execute and then review all sub-unit recruiting, retention and training activities.
2. To plan for the conduct and execution of all sub-unit recruiting events through the timely submission of ICRAS requests to the ROSO.
3. To refine the delivery of sub-unit plans through the provision of Reports and Returns from recruiting, retention and training activities.
4.. Implement active measures to manage and track candidates, recruits and trained soldiers through the recruiting, retention and training pipeline; through direct personal intervention when required.
5.. Maintain and review the IPRE; adjusting sub-unit plans based on IPRE analysis.
6. Analyse recruiting, retention and training information at sub-unit level and contribute to the MANNING lessons learned process.
