Vacancy detail

1. To ensure ACF Counties and Contingents are practising the Safe System of Training and following procedures directed by RC in all areas of training.
2. At the request of the ACF County and CCF Army sections, to advise and assist with specific planning and training issues at all levels.
3. To monitor, validate and report ACF/CCF Army Training activities at the request of County HQ or the Regional Brigaeadquarters. (Tasks Coordinated and directed by OC CTT).
4. Conduct visits to CCF Contingents to discuss all aspects of their training.   Attend 6 monthly SSI meetings coordinated by OC CTT and conduct updates.
5. Attend ACF County Command Group, Training meetings and support ACF Annual and CCF Central camps.
6. Undertake any additional tasks in relation to ACF/CCF Army training as directed by OC CTT/Regional Brigade Headquarters.
7. In conjunction with the other Bde TSAs, establish generic clearance and authorisation procedures for implementation throughout the Brigade.
8. To monitor and advise ACF County HQs/CCF Army Contingents on the maintenance of accurate Training Records within WESTMINSTER.

A motivated individual who can engage, inspire and motivate young people and effectively communicate with CFAVs and the wider CTT/RPOC/HQ Regional Command, on all matters regarding training and training safety. Ideally candidates should have held the rank of Warrant Officer in either the Army or RM. CTT induction training will be provided by the RPOC.
