Vacancy detail
1. Support AH/SO1 Army Welfare Proj in the development and implementation of the new welfare delivery model.
2. Support the development of key project documentation, including Business Cases and Statement of Requirement.
3. Support the review and updating of welfare policy with SO1/SO2 Pers Svcs, reflecting the revised delivery model.
4. Support the planning and execution of the Welfare Project WG and sub-WGs as required.
5. Support the drafting of detailed Project implementation plans in coordination with AHQ and HQ RC/HC.
6. Conduct enduring stakeholder engagement to refine and optimise the future welfare delivery model.
7. Prepare oral and written briefs to inform welfare specific Working Groups/Boards through AHQ and HQ RC/HC.
8. Provide the lead for discrete Project tasks lines as required.

JCSC; Project Management; Pers / Pol experience; Commercial experience.

Post requires an independent worker who can manage complex issues, brief succinctly and influence outcomes effectively.
