| Promulgate Bn policy for recruitment, retention and welfare. |
| Coordinate the Bn Open Evenings and (StA) Selection Weekends for potential recruits. |
| Coordinate the Bn Induction Weekends for potential recruits. |
| Act as a focal point for all Bn PSAOs on recruiting, retention and welfare. |
| Unit coordinator for LONDIST on CNO/EO/CVO Duties ensuring the Bn meets its remits on trg and duties. |
| Interview and liaise with potential recruits as required. |
| Oversee the unit de-selection process. |
| As UWO act as a member of the Unit Health Committee process covering TRiM/WISMIS/VRM/PAPMIS. |
| Act as the Bn rep on EE and CE matters including liaison with RFCA and City Liaison Committee. |
