SO1 Castle BCM (13802)

Position Role: HC Business Change Manager (BCM) for Programme CASTLE. Principal desk officer within HQ HC for support to 4* policy development of CASTLE related work. Responsibility to support research and transition programmes to operate/generate and benefit realisation. 

Responsibilities:

1. In conjunction with the HC CASTLE Senior BCM, AH BCM and wider CASTLE programme team, is the Home Command principal desk officer for Programme CASTLE and associated business change activities.
2. Work with the project team to deliver the Business Case benefits and outcomes. Champion the use of best practice and provide expert advice for team members and project / change community.
3. Establish and maintain the Home Command Change plan.
4. Work with Stakeholder Manager and Project Manager to create and maintain a communications plan relating to the Business Change messaging.
5. The Home Command desk level advocate for CASTLE change, and targeted interventions to ensure any impact on Home Command is meaningfully engaged, supported and upskilled to adopt the change.
6. Identify risks, and design and deliver mitigation strategies and interventions which support successful adoption of change in order to deliver the benefits.
7. Support the CASTLE Benefits Manager, Project Manager and key stakeholders to identify and leverage benefits.
8. Support the HC Senior Business Change Manager to define the capability requirements for change. Work with the CASTLE Project Manager and local team to ensure change is embedded into the business.
9. Champion best practice in change management and provide advice for team members and the project/change community.
10. Support HC Senior Business Change Manager and AH BCM Rep with additional duties and responsibilities.
