Command the PRC and responsible for the management all activities within the PRC site; must have a broad experience of G1 through to G9, including clear auditable experience of G4 and risk management. Maintain and manage a dedicated Training, Educational and Welfare/Wellbeing Team  of military and civilian staff in support of PRD SP.  Maintain procedures and monitor activities to ensure that staff and PRDs receive appropriate welfare and therapeutic support, training, education, and administration. Liaise with Chain of Command enablers and 3rd Sector organisations to provide the necessary support to PRC outputs.Collate lessons learned and inform HQ PRU(N) and HQ ARC. Provide Reports and Returns as required.  Be the point of contact for all PRC G4 issues, including - MT oversight, contracts, contract delivery and management of all Hard & Soft Facilities Management of the Phoenix House site, oversight of all equipment on charge to Phoenix House site.  Fund Manager for several Phoenix House funds and CP&F iProcurement User, Purchasing Approver and MOD Tender Collaboration Team accreditation. Point of Contact for all SHEF within Phoenix House site.Oversee all security matters of Phoenix House site, including MGS JBA and MoU within Gaza Bks. Take an active role in all Army Engagement activity. Promote the role of the PRC, Army and Defence Recovery across Defence and support wider Defence courses and presentations.   Provide out of hours cover, coordination, and oversight for all incidents/ emergencies within Phoenix House.
Post holder must be able to demonstrate self-awareness, regulate own emotions and empathise with others whilst motivating individuals to continue with their recovery activities. Must be naturally caring, tactful and diplomatic with strong organisational and inter-personal skills. Must have a broad experience of G4 to be able to manage the building within extant regulations.   
Previous G1 - G9 and MS experience at Regt / Bn level. To understand the SP experience in barracks and on operations. Must have experience of G4 accounts (ideally QM), contract management, service fund and CP&F trained.
Sub-Unit Comd, preferably in Training. Training delivery or training design experience and / or quals.
