Vacancy detail

Responsible for oversight of Discipline, Major Administrative Action, Service Complaints and CDT. Provide OOO Advice and Guidance to the CofC for incidents that require Higher Formation notification. Career and Personnel Development of Permanent staff & liaison with APC Career Managers for those SP returning to employment within the Field Army. Responsible to the CO for unit G1A assurance and Policy compliance.  Facilitating meetings, conferences, and visits. Permanent staff welfare management. Deputise for EXO PRU as required. Maintain PRU workforce through liaison with APC and DBS. 
Previous Recovery and Welfare experience. Previous G1 experience as an Adjt or similar. 
Driving licence.
