Task requirements

Responsibilities:
1. Provide routine CS Intelligence to 4 LBCT through delivery of weekly outputs.
2. Assume the role of 4 LMBCT IO on exercises and operations includes being held @R iso 4 LBCT readiness.
3. Supervision, management and mentoring of JNCOs in the production of Int outputs.
4. Responsible for professional development and career management of JNCOs in the Section.
5.G1-9 responsibility for all NCOs within 114 MI Section (welfare/discipline etc).
6. Oversight of readiness requirements for 114 MI Section soldiers (ITRs/Med/Dental etc).
7. Maintain the Section @R iso 7 LMBCT (Coy commitment).
8. Develop, assist, and deliver training for SP within the Section and Company as required.
9. BPT support Coy OC with taskings and Coy outputs.
10. BPT support 1 Div and 1 MI Bn outputs and events.
11. BPT undertake secondary roles and tasks as directed by OC and CSM 11 MI Coy.
