SO2 G2/G7 Training Analyst Soldier Academy (13739)

1. Lead the Sldr Ac Training Analysis function. Prepare and provide Training statistics and Trainee Performance analysis across Sldr Ac as required, exploiting TAFMIS and other data sources, to enable Sldr Ac evidenced based decision making.
2. Sldr Ac TAFMIS Lead for Training Unit functions across Soldier Academy. Provide TAFMIS SME advice to all Soldier Academy Units
3. Lead on Training Evaluation across Sldr Ac. Oversee InVal & RTS process, analysis and feedback into Sldr Ac Continuous Improvement mechanisms.
4. Oversee the coordination of HQ Sldr Ac Assurance Visits, including analysis and reporting of findings, amd Continuous Improvement processes.
5. Sldr Ac Nurture & Retention Lead. Coherence of Nurture & Retention candidate Inflow and trainee activities. Sldr Ac Defence Recruiting System (DRS) POC.
6. Lead on Sldr Ac G2 Security. Act as the HQ Sldr Ac Data Protection Advisor and the Data Protection focal point.
7. Line Manager for the SO3 G2/G7 Trg Assurance, WO G2/G7 and WO G2/G7 (Res).

TAFMIS, Student Administration

TAFMIS - BObj Query and Report Design

ICSC (L) or Res equivalent

Op experience desirable

Grade 2 staff experience highly desirable. TAFMIS experience is desirable

Sub Unit command experience in a Res FA unit or Trg Est desirable

Sub Field - Training. Previous experience in training staff post is highly desirable

Previous service in ARITC BT/ITT trg unit desirable
