Vacancy detail


Domestic Considerations:
1. Must be within reasonable commute from the Army Reserve Centre (ARC) and be self sufficient for accommodation.
2. Working week may include Wednesday evenings and weekends as necessary to support training.
Responsibilities:
1.  Manage the routine outputs of the RAO to ensure the G1
effectiveness of the Unit, providing G1 technical SME
advice to unit Comd team.
2.  Direct the delivery of pers management checks and internal
assurance processes as required.
3.  Support the RAO with the career
management, welfare and mentoring of unit AGC(SPS)
personnel.
4.  Lead for the technical aspects of Detachment training.
5. Act as alternative account operator for Public and Non-
Public funds.
6. Conduct the duties of LUMS administrator in the absence of
RAO.
7.  Promote and maintain SPS ethos within the Det in
accordance with the V&S of the British Army.
8.Act as Unit Info Knowledge Lead (IKL), promoting the value
of info & knowledge iaw policy & legislation.                                   9. Act as lead SharePoint Manager for maintenance of the Regimental Site.                                                                              10. PVRO for Regt.

4. Pers Admin experience
1. Service Charitable Funds (SCF) training.
2. SSA training.
3. G1 experience
4. Experience working with Civil Servants.

Previous experience as RAWO is essential, as this post is more challenging and diverse than the RAWO post in a Regular unit. Working knowledge and a thorough understanding of JPA is essential
