Vacancy detail

Subject to formal establishment, a vacancy will arise for an OF3 to serve as SO2 A7 at  RAF Div, JSCSC, Mod Shrivenham on FTRS(HC) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 01 May 2024.

Unit Function    

To deliver world-class education and training to leaders in order to develop the intellectual edge needed for success on operations and leadership in government.

Position Role    

Intermediate Officer Development Programme – Trg Officer

Responsibilities  

Liaise with 22 Gp wrt Generic Performance Statement (GPS).
DSAT compliance and governance, TRA AStrat compliance.
Trg validation and development of trg solutions.
Prepare JSCSC CST CEB and 22 Gp Phase 3 CEB.
Assure quality of course delivery.
Lead staff CPD.
Represent RAFD in formal and informal meetings as required, where training is the main issue.
Advise chain of command on emerging education/training requirements.

Must be an OF3 of any specialisation. OF2 applicants with a recommend for the next higher rank in their most recent OJAR will be considered.

OF4 applicants, if successful, will only be paid as and wear the rank of OF3.

Must be serving as a member of the Reserve Forces or have served with the Regular Forces.

Defence Trainer Managers’/Supervisors’ Course
