Domestic Considerations: FTRS(HC); hybrid working negotiable.
Role -  Develop and assure pan-Army NCO Training and development on behalf of NCO Ac.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver training Interventions in support of NCO Academy outputs. Utilising a wide stakeholder network and resources
2. Design and develop DSAT & Assurance products to support the NCO Academy.
3. Carry out NCO Academy assurance and evaluation activities, including external validation, unit visits, training visits and the review of training provider/contractor deliverables.
4. Support Working Groups and future LOE development.
5. Manage and maintain training documentation using appropriate MIS (such as TAFMIS TAD or equivalent).
6. Conduct additional training projects as required.  
Basic Training, Initial Trade Training or Subsequent Trade Training instructor experience.

Basic grounding in DSAT, Training design and assurance.
Experience in TDT Trg design and development an advantage.

Experience as a Trg Analyst in a TDT a distinct advantage.

Digital Skills: practitioner knowledge of O365/ MS365.

Previous experience on the staff.
