Position Role: Interface between DIO, CoC, Units, Service Personnel (SP) and Families, appropriate civilian organisations

1. Mil Focal point for all housing/living and responsible for solving issues in the support role IAW current policy.
2. Provide J1 perspective and support for the planning and delivery of the enduring housing requirement.
3. Deliver an accurate assessment of housing/living issues and communicate changes in policy at all levels.
4. Monitor & assist with the 4TG and SSFA process as required and provide support to the SSSA process as
appropriate
5. Monitor & assess DIO performance against the SLA. Plan and provide support to DIO Ops Accom as appropriate.
6. Provide policy guidance on all housing matters.
7. Advise and assist on housing aspects for transition of Service Personnel including by exception FTRS, and for
veterans where appropriate
8. Ex CPWO Nights – Lead Incident management, providing critical safety support, SA and real-time solutions to OC CP, Ops room and CoC.

Recent experience working in a 1* Formation HQ

In order to fulfil Ex CP responsibilities, it is essential that incumbent has recent experience of either participating in or supporting the exercise planning

Due to the planned departure of 14 Sig Regt from Cawdor Bks, it is imperative that the incumbent holds current KSEB on the tri-service SFA policies and procedures in order to provide SME advice and contribution for a successful transition to UK Space Command.

Incumbent must be able to operate across all levels of command and have an understanding of the requirements of both the service and service families/soldier. Must be prepared to support the JMC during Ops and Ex CAMBRIAN PATROL.
