| 1. Responsible for Administration and Discipline within the Sqn 2. Liaison with the ROSO on Recruiting Matters 3. Sqn Welfare POC, D&I lead for the Regt 4. Line Manager for non-industrial civilian staff and Military personnel 5. Advisor to the Sqn OC on all matters G1 - G9 6. The Sqn co-ord of all functions G1-9 7. Account holder for service (non Public) funds within Detachment 8. Conduct any other tasks required by the CoC |
| 1. IT Literate. 2. Full Cat B licence. 3. RMAS Commissioning Cse 4. Understanding of the Mil Medical environment 4. Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally across all ranks.5. Maturity and credibility to advise the CO and Sub Unit commanders directly and able to impart accurate, balanced and credible advice to all ranks. 6.Able to maintain confidentiality and uphold the values and standards of the British Army. |
| 1. Operational experience. 2. A good understanding of recent military service. 3. Have Army Medical Service experience. 4. Have previous recruiting experience. 5. Have previous experience with Army Reserve. |
