FS Int Flt will assist OC Int Flt, 607 Sqn in the co-ordination, management and development of the Sqn Int An PTVR Cadre. As an SME they will ensure trained PTVR ACs and JNCOs are sufficiently prepared to undertake their trade duties, on mobilisation or routine support days (RSD’s), through a programme of OJT and trade related exercises.

Must either have been, or currently be a FS RAF Intelligence Analyst.

Complete relevant promotion courses if not already attended (required to gain substantive rank).

Understanding of the TG11 RAuxAF Trg pipeline.

Experience of working with Reserves.

Training Experience.

Confirmation of appointment will depend on successful completion of the Ex Regular Seamless Transfer process (application to be submitted within 12 months of leaving the RAF) or by applying via the Electronic Direct Entrant process on the Defence Recruiting System (DRS) if previous service ended >12 months ago.

For currently serving PTVRs confirmation of appointment will depend on successful completion of a transfer process, agreed by both losing and gaining units. A medical will be undertaken as part of the transfer.

Applicants of an equivalent rank from sister Services may apply but will only be accepted into RAFR service if an appropriate trade sponsor can be identified to sponsor the applicant. Trade sponsor approval must be agreed before a transfer takes place.
