New post, reporting to SO2 MyTrg, the WO Trg Apps (MyTrg) acts as LWC lead for the delivery, rollout and sustainment, Army-wide, of the MyTrg digitalised app. Key outputs are: 1. Lead for delivery of trg (in-person and remotely) in support of rollout, ensuring trg meets current and evolving customer needs. 2. Ensure MyTrg capability is exploited and benefits fully realised, Army-wide. p. 3. Maintain and develop key stakeholder relationships: Fd Army Productivity (formerly Fd Army IX); Army Digital Svces (ADS), Sldr Ac; Fd Army Fmns and units; LWC Op Gps. 4. Support/contribute to future MyTrg concept development; manage Request for Change requests and prioritise/manage incident reporting process. 5. Coordinate and support testing, trials and pilots to confirm MyTrg functionality is fit for purpose to proceed to rollout and beyond. 6. Ensure effective integration of MyTrg with existing systems and ways of working. 7. Maintain MyTrg Risk Register. |
