Vacancy detail

To maintain the G4 accounts in accordance with current regulations and advise the CO of any discrepancies
Lead on all G4 assurance activity for the unit LSA&I, LEA, FHPA and SHEF inspections and ARMS lead for unit.
To manage and enhance a large Army Reserve estate on behalf of the CO as HoE, with multiple occupancy units and liaise with RFCA on all aspects of the estate and contract management.
SHEF advisor to CO and Unit POC for DURALS.
To act as unit property holder.
Career/line management of all Reservist staff and civil servants in the QM Department.
To ensure the CO’s policies on equipment care are being enforced.
To act as a member of the Internal Audit Team as required.
To act as MTO, E&D Advisor, and UWO
Plan and execute the CUOTC Annual Dinner
Support CO with delivery of Community Engagement activities as directed
Provide support and resilience to training as required
Be prepared to take on UATO and delivery of leadership training through AT and other training serials
To support training and other commitments, both in and out of the ARC, including ADX, and be prepared to work evenings and weekends as necessary as directed by CO CUOTC.

The incumbent must be able to work with a very small team of permanent staff and will be required to complete tasks not commensurate with rank. A knowledge of reservist working would be beneficial. NOOB are expected with hrs of work to include Tues drill evenings and occasional training weekends. The QM will be expected to deploy on a 2 week ADX.
