Vacancy detail

Task requirements

1. Ensure that the Fd Army Regular, Reserve, FTRS and UKB structures are optimised to meet endorsed commitments.
2. Assist SO1 Org and SO1 CWA in the development of CFA’s civilian workforce structures.
3. Implement changes to Fd Army structures and develop future force structures with Army HQ (Strat Org).
4. Advise Army HQ (Strat Org) and fmns through structural and basing change programmes relevant to Fd Army.
5. Prepare HLB submissions for the Structural Change Working Group and attend as CFA's representative.
6. Prepare HLB submissions for the APC boarding prioritisation process on behalf of COS Fd Army and DACOS Plans.
7. Assist SO2 Org A as required..

Org - Experience at 2* Formation level or above.

Additional information

The qualities required are those common to all effective staff officers able to operate at 3* level. Whilst familiarity with Org, C2, liability, and establishment processes will be beneficial, quality is more important than experience.
