Position Role: Working with another SO2, capture, analyse and assure lessons from across APSG (death and injury, discipline cases, incidents of unacceptable behaviours, inclusion data and service complaints) to “right the Army’s wrongs”. Responsibilities: 1. Identify, staff and manage APSG lessons arising from SI, Conduct, SC, UB, CDT, AOLB and BAS. 2. Develop communication plans and thematic reviews to share and exploit trend analysis from lessons captured from across APSG. 3. Develop the LUMIN process to identify problematic areas upstream and build resources to aid Commanders to improve culture and minimise harm. 4. Contribute to Military Judgement Panels to close or advance recommendations from LARs and SI reports. 5. Prepare written and verbal briefs up to 1* level, including preparation of evidence to be given at Coroner’s inquests. 6. Support the wider Pers Svcs and OL Teams to deliver organisational learning and cultural development. 7. Pioneer a digital mindset within the team and a digital approach to the APSG Lessons process, with a focus on AI efficiencies through trials and engagement with OL teams. 8. BPT support the wider Pers Services SI and organisational learning teams to deliver OL products. |
