Vacancy detail

1. Act as Unit Equipment Manger for all G4 accounts, EE, MJDI, JAMES, CP&F & Clarity.
2. Routinely manage and administer, on behalf of the CO, the unit real estate, fire prevention, Security, EMSAS, SHE, Infrastructure Management (including contracts for work services/maintenance) and liaison with the NW RFCA for all unit requirements.
3. Line Manager for all G4 personnel, FTRS and Army Reserves.
4. Support the 1RO for all G4 FTRS and Army Reserves reporting.
5. Fund Manager for non-public unit fund and control of, stationery and CP&F budgets.
6. Manage and control all stores & equipment, transport, weapons and Infrastucture and associated accounts within the Unit & SHE Advisor to CoC.
7. Conduct Unit Management Checks across a range of accounts.
8. Support and deliver CVO/CNO Duties. 
9. Coordinate and promote DURALs across the OTR.

Unit Role:  The UOTC is to deliver leadership development for selected students through military training, adventure training, personal, intellectual and social development; physical training and sports. On behalf of the Army, it is to engage with higher education institutes to support RC civil engagement and contribute to Army inflow.
Domestic Considerations: Must be prepared to support OTR Spring and Annual camp, OTXs and may be required to support unit training (one evening per week and one weekend a month) as directed by the CO.
