Exercise Command of the Quartermaster department personnel to ensure they provide effective support to the output of the unit.
Management of correct accounting methods and delivery of a robust assurance regime iaw current regulations.
Ensure departmental MS is completed IAW JSP 757 and Unit MS Policy in a timely manner.
Mandate Unit account structures and ensure Unit configuration in accordance with the MJDI Unit Configurations guide.
Responsible for the management of contracts (food, waste, cleaning) onsite, liaising with service providers and external agencies.
Responsible for the unit losses register and preparation of G4 accounts for audit, accounting and stocktaking iaw current regulations.
Liaise with RFCA(NE) and HoE iot ensure the maintenance of buildings held on charge, submitting works service requests as necessary.
Responsible Person for all matters regarding Health, Safety & Environmental Management on behalf of the HoE.
