Bn Ops WO

In collaboration with the Ops Offr, provide the Bn PoC for all mobilised personnel and all customers employing Bn personnel. Engage with operational customers in the identification of future requirements and preparation of Individual Augmentees (IAs). Assist with co-ordinating the PREPARE function for IAs for all operational manpower requirements. Manage operational Service Level Agreements with customers in collaboration with the MI Coys. Act as Bn Asst USO and BITSO.

Able and prepared to travel to and work in Central London at Bn HQ, in and out of conventional working hours.  Applicant must have a high level of oral and written skills and the ability to interact across the ranks and develop successful personal relationships.
Must be able to reach solutions in an agreeable and equitable manner.
Must be able to manage resources to address complex issues.
