Task requirements

Deliver 1st & 2nd line admin support to SP deployed on OCE Tours.

Deliver 1st line admin support to SP awaiting assignment post OCE Tour.

Process CEA Claims under direction of the FSA.

Process requests for Honours & Awards in conjunction with the SSA.

Process Vetting requests and production of Certificates.

Prepare documentation & presentations for deploying personnel.

Deliver presentations to deploying SP on all J1 actions.

Deputise for the MS SNCO.

Any other tasks directed by the OCE WO, MS SNCO.

Essential competencies

HR Clerk Cl 1

Previous assignment to RD to ensure currency

Desirable competencies

JNCO CLM Pt 1 and 3 or Cpl ALDP ME/MT

Knowledge of cMST and iMST

Selection Process

FTRS Application through to boarding
