Task requirements

RSDs: 30 days with more days available. Deliver training of first year OCdts undertaking the MOD A Syllabus. Communicating the values, ethos and job opportunities of the Army (Regular & Reserve). With Opportunities to carryout further Personal Development including Leadership & Resilience Training throughout the year. Sgts who are eligible for promotion will be considered for the post.

Essential competencies

AASAA (can be gained once at unit).

Desirable competencies

Combat Trained, DTTT.
