The 77th Brigade SO3 Assessment role is an excellent opportunity for a personable, driven, enthusiastic team player to be part of a fast-paced team within this specialist Brigade. The role offers an opportunity to utilise excellent organisational skills and work alongside some extremely talented personnel to help produce next level recruiting and selection events. You will be a good planner and coordinator able to communicate easily across the ranks and into the civilian sector. You’ll ideally have a good understanding of Reserves and their motivations but this can be developed. Past experience in Recruiting Group or Army Engagement group is desirable. As the face of 77th Brigade, this is a vital role for a high-quality presentable soldier.  Proficiency in the use of Defence Recruiting System (DRS) is desirable but can be developed and have a good working knowledge of IT skills i.e. SharePoint, Microsoft Office/O365
