Vacancy detail

Co-ordinate staff outputs, liaise with wider Regt, Army HQs, associated HQs,

Manage HQs delegated budget, understand, develop and promote RA governance structure,

Delegate for Regtl Col as required,

The ability to work within the Commander's intent is essential. 

The incumbent must be able to identify issues proactively, and develop and present workable solutions independently. 

Self-confidence and the ability to integrate into a multi-disciplined mixed military and civilian team is essential. 
Essential - Initiative, determination and the ability to work to a broad directive.

Must be practical, pragmatic and be able to deliver against defined requirements.
High - Expected to find workable solutions to a wide variety of requirements.  Requires credibility, gravity, authority and commitment. Possess moral standards of the highest level. Able to think rationally under pressure and to act on their own initiative
